An investment LLC (limited liability company), is established when a group of individual investors pool their money to purchase properties at well below market value.
Some of these properties may be purchased at court house auctions prior to being formally advertised for sale as foreclosure properties, while others are purchased as advertised foreclosures or short sales. This short term investment strategy enables the properties to be turned over as quickly as possible.
